Work Instructor/Driver

Support and supervise individuals completing meaningful work tasks while providing guidance in communication, social development, and cognitive skills. Observe progress on individual goals, facilitate learning sessions, and maintain high production standards. Ensure safe and timely transportation of consumers to and from the facility, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and tracking maintenance logs. This full-time, immediate hire role requires a valid Arkansas Driver's License, background check clearance, and is paid at $14.00/hr DOE.
