Serve as the go-to expert for German-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat, troubleshooting gadget queries, handling order tracking, and solving after-sales questions. Turn customer confusion into positive outcomes with smooth, friendly, and solution-focused support while navigating browser tabs and updating records within the digital ecosystem. You will work remotely from anywhere in Greece after completing 11 days of fully paid training and onboarding. This role offers a relocation package including flight coverage, airport pickup, four weeks of paid accommodation, and access to an on-site product lab to experience high-end tech firsthand.
Required Qualifications
- German at a native/fluent level (C1+)
- English for internal training and team hangs
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
- Must be ready for a change
