Job Summary
Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, assisting with inquiries, complaints, and service requests while providing clear product information. Log all interactions in the system and follow company protocols, escalating issues as necessary. Maintain a quiet home office setup with reliable internet access to work independently from home. This role supports MCI's global CX and BPO solutions across healthcare, retail, and financial services sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet home office setup
Desired Qualifications
- Previous outbound sales or call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
