Job Summary
Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, assisting with inquiries, complaints, and service requests while providing clear information about products and services. Log all customer interactions in the system and follow company protocols, escalating issues when necessary. This role requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup, with candidates expected to work independently and manage time effectively. Applicants must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous call center experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous outbound sales or call center experience
