Job Summary
Review, verify, and process loan documentation to assist Capital One customers and provide a brand-defining funding experience. Work through inbound and outbound phone calls to gather and verify loan information with customers and business partners to process loans for funding. Flag missing or incomplete documents to avoid delays and assist dealerships with understanding funding policies. Act as the liaison between dealerships and the funding team, escalating urgent deals to leadership for resolution. De-escalate challenging situations and resolve complex problems with poise while handling multiple heat cases simultaneously. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST. Salary $56,800-$64,800.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years Customer service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
- At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
- A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
- Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited
- Minimum of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed
- Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
- Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Military Experience
- At least 1 year of Automotive Funding experience
- At least 1 year of Dealer Service experience in the automotive industry
