Job Summary
Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism while troubleshooting technical and service issues. Maintain accurate records to contribute to smoother customer experiences within a young, supportive, and international team. Full training is provided for all technical and service troubleshooting tasks. This role requires Italian at C2 level and B2 English, with a competitive monthly salary and flexible remote work setup available from anywhere in Greece.
