Job Summary
Develop, monitor, and validate work packages including time, material, and labor estimates; prepare written step-by-step work instructions, procedures, and safety/post-maintenance testing requirements for the planning, control, and execution of maintenance, construction, or modification activities within a facility or area. Responsibilities include reviewing and developing work packages, ensuring safety policies (including lock-out/tag-out), and integrating mechanical, electrical, chemical, and/or radiological considerations. Maintain databases and CMMS data, audit performance data, and generate reports to support performance measurements. Provide training and mentorship to staff, and evaluate processes for potential improvements while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety requirements. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of related experience (or equivalent).
