Job Summary
Clerk coordinating dispatch and maintenance of USAF vehicles and GPMS assets; plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; track services, costs, and work performance; input, retrieve, and maintain maintenance information in computer and manual systems; perform general clerical duties to support the Maintenance Department; prepare computer and summary reports on transportation and maintenance costs; assist with materials sourcing and purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and follow-up with accounting, buyers, vendors, and requestors; maintain files and inventory records of orders placed and received, and ensure stock levels are maintained; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements and follow Amentum/SCA policies where applicable.
