Work cell Manager

Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics within the Workcell and maximize profitability. Lead a workcell team to meet customer/product needs, recruit/retain staff, coach and mentor team members, and manage performance through clear goals. Coordinate large teams, provide feedback to functional managers, and ensure safe, compliant operations. Develop and implement workcell strategy, manage costs and forecasting, and communicate effectively with business-unit leadership. Lead by example to deliver customer satisfaction and process improvements, sharing best practices across functions and ensuring alignment with safety, security, and company policies.
