Work Based Learning Coordinator

Job Summary
Plan and conduct the Center's community relations and work-based learning program while developing policies that meet DOL requirements. Recruit, enroll, and monitor students; coordinate transportation and site visits to ensure OSHA compliance and quality training. Monitor work sites, update student hours in CIS, and verify documentation including site agreements, Training Achievement Records, and evaluations. Train supervisors on procedures, conduct orientation sessions, and communicate success stories with local businesses. Promote home-based programs and assist in the Career Success Standards initiative. Maintain site safety, adhere to all Center and federal guidelines, and participate in PRH mandated training.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to effective assists students in career choices
- High level of communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- High level of ability to motivate and inspire students effectively
- Knowledge of local career and technical education opportunities
- Two years' experience with job development and placement
- Valid State Driver's License
- Valid State Driver's License
