Work-Based Learning Coordinator

Implement and oversee the Work-Based Learning experience program for students with disabilities in accordance with NJDOE requirements. Collaborate with the Supervisor to improve curriculum design, material selection, and sequencing of Community-Based Instruction and transition services. Plan placements, design schedules, outline bus routes, assign job coaches, and develop student training plans and business agreements. Provide on-site supervision, conduct job assessments, and deliver skills training at community job sites. Participate in IEP meetings and transition planning while developing and enforcing behavior modification programs. Build relationships with community employers and coordinate transportation with bus drivers to ensure effective student movement.
