Job Summary
Engage with customers via telephone to understand needs, recommend products, and upsell services. Support inbound inquiries, manage accounts, and troubleshoot basic technical issues while resolving concerns with internal teams. Build relationships through empathetic communication and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions. Follow company policies and compliance standards strictly. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute with accuracy
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer follow-up
- A customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
