Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and providing product information clearly. Record customer interactions and feedback in the system while collaborating with team members and participating in virtual training sessions. This role requires a stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup, with compensation based on experience and full-time eligibility for supplemental health coverage through Blue Cross.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet home office setup
