Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and providing clear product information. Record interactions and feedback in the system while collaborating with team members and participating in virtual training sessions. This Work-at-Home Contact Centre Associate role requires a stable internet connection, quiet home office setup, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma, and previous contact center experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet home office setup
