Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and providing accurate product information. Record customer interactions and feedback in the system while collaborating with team members and participating in virtual training sessions. Maintain a stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup to work independently from a remote location. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet home office setup
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
