Job Summary
Support clients with psychological vulnerability or addiction by providing home guidance and protected housing at De Boerderij. Assist residents in regaining daily confidence and taking responsibility for their own lives through practical tasks like gardening, cleaning, and managing visits. Work in day or evening shifts, including weekends, within a smoke-free environment. Collaborate with network partners to break down care barriers and help residents achieve long-term independent living.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant diploma at MBO level
- Experience with household tasks
- Willingness to work varying shifts
- Ability to switch quickly between different tasks
- Steady footing (confidence)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to handle setbacks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the GGGZ sector
- Knowledge of the diverse cultures present in the Netherlands
