Job Summary
Guide clients toward independent living, work, and daily routines by assessing their needs, identifying barriers, and co-creating recovery plans. Monitor progress throughout the process and intervene immediately during relapses to support reintegration. Facilitate individual recovery goals alongside group activities tailored to residents' specific wishes and needs. Work with 16 individuals facing mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities, addiction issues, or forensic backgrounds in a supportive, hecht team environment. Requires an MBO level 4 qualification, readiness for irregular evening/night/weekend shifts, and a stable personality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 (bijv. SPW, MMZ)

- Bereidheid om onregelmatig te werken (avond/nacht/weekend)
