Job Summary
Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives across North America and international markets. Lead strategic relationships with OneCoast, Evergreen Enterprises Canada, and Woodstock's global distributor network while expanding distribution to independent retailers, garden centers, and national accounts. Increase customer acquisition, assortment penetration, and average order value by analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Manage key national and strategic accounts, develop training programs, and represent Woodstock Chimes at major trade shows including Atlanta Market and the Ace Hardware Convention. Travel 25–35% of the time to support field operations and account growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in consumer products, gift, home décor, lawn & garden, outdoor living, or related industries
- Proven success managing national accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong business planning, forecasting, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and lead through partnerships without direct reporting authority
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel approximately 25–35%
