Job Summary
Wood Utility worker in a woodshop will perform wood prep, sanding, measuring, cutting, glueing and assembling customer orders; requires basic woodworking knowledge and willingness to learn specific duties; reports to woods shop manager; requires attention to detail and ability to follow instructions; opportunities for growth with company; must be able to lift ~60 lbs and stand 10 hrs; full-time hours Mon-Thu 6:00am-4:30pm; drug test required; Rustica is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of woodworking processes and principles
- Ability to learn and safely operate woodworking equipment
- Experience running woodworking machinery a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and other shop drawings a plus
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines and production goals
- Ability to lift approximately 60 lbs. frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to stand 10 hrs. / day
- Hours: Full-time M-Th 6:00am - 4:30pm.
