Woodland Acres TGH- Program Manager

Plan, direct, and coordinate the facility's therapeutic programs by developing administrative and clinical operations that ensure quality care and outcomes. Oversee the program budget, policies, and staff management including hiring, training, and performance reviews while directing counselors and clinical staff. Implement program goals, objectives, and treatment plans; audit charts and records; and coordinate care delivery, scheduling, registration, discharge, and billing processes. Monitor staffing levels to facilitate timely care and serve as a liaison for clinical standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Provide outreach services as needed and resolve patient complaints with a focus on safety. Requires a Master's degree in behavioral health, four years of facility experience, and supervisory credentials.
