Job Summary
K–8 Paraprofessional to support classroom teacher across multiple grade levels in a multi-age, one-room setting. Responsibilities include delivering instruction across content areas, providing small-group and individual support, assisting with classroom organization and materials, supervising students in various settings, monitoring engagement and behavior, maintaining records, and collaborating with staff to promote student success and well-being. Must be able to follow teacher direction, work as part of a team, and pass a background check; associate degree or ParaPro qualifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, 60 college credits, or successful completion of the ETS ParaPro Assessment preferred or required in accordance with state and district guidelines.
