Job Summary
Wood Refinishing General Manager/Project Estimator responsible for going to scheduled appointments, negotiating with customers, providing written estimates in a timely manner, following up with customers as needed, coordinating with Office Administrator & Owners, reaching sales goals, helping with jobs as needed, delegating tasks, and keeping jobs on schedule. Requires prior experience as a construction/project estimator, strong time management and meticulous attention to detail, ability to develop standard operating procedures, high energy and professional demeanor, valid driver's license/insurance/vehicle, clean driving record within 3 years, and availability Mon-Fri 7am-5pm with potential weekends; preferred high school diploma or equivalent; ability to work across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous experience as a construction/project estimator
- Time Management Skills
- High attention to detail- This is a MUST.
- Must be able to come up with standard operating procedures
- High energy, friendly & professional demeanor, and willing to tailor each customer experience to the individual customer.
- Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
- Have clean driving record, within the past three years
- Be available 5 days a week Mon-Fri between the hours of 7am-5pm & possibly some weekends
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work multiple locations
