Job Summary
Baker for a wood-fired bagel shop responsible for baking and seeding bagels in a wood-fired oven. Must manage bagel handling with wood paddles, operate near a hot 500-degree oven, and maintain a daily baking schedule. Position requires early morning shifts (some as early as 3 am) and weekend work, with potential for full-time placement for the right candidate. Must be reliable, with own transportation, and able to lift and move bagel boards up and down stairs. Training offered for dough preparation if interested. Wood-fired oven experience is helpful and will be weighted in consideration.
