Job Summary
Partner with customers to understand operational challenges, translate open-ended problems into technical designs, and build AI agents that integrate with customer systems. Own deployments end-to-end, managing reliability, performance, and continuous improvement while testing with real data to measure outcomes and iterate. Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ship high-quality solutions and contribute to scalable tools and documentation. This hands-on generalist role requires navigating ambiguity and owning projects from first principles through production outcomes. Based in CDMX, this position seeks engineers with 5+ years of experience in software engineering and strong fundamentals in system thinking to drive real business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles
- Strong fundamentals in software design, system thinking
- Experience working across systems, integrations, and data flows
- Clear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset
- Curiosity and interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice
- This is a hands on-generalist role for engineers who enjoy navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and working across systems while partnering with enterprises as they become AI-driven organizations
