Job Summary
The Women’s Recovery Navigator delivers outreach and engagement services including education, advocacy, coaching and mentorship to pregnant and parenting women in recovery, acting as a boundary spanner to connect clients to essential community services. The role requires a self-identified woman in recovery with a minimum of 2 years sobriety, works within the Women’s REACH program to provide outpatient services to families and adults facing mental health and substance use challenges, and involves culturally responsive service delivery. Requires HS diploma and a recovery-oriented training program, CT driver’s license, and availability for full-time first shift (40 hours). Bilingual/Spanish preferred. Orientation includes a two-day New Hire Orientation at the Middletown, CT location. Location: Middletown, CT; salary $22/hour. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- successful completion of a recovery-oriented training program (within 2 months of hire)
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance
