Job Summary
Deliver outreach and engagement services to pregnant and parenting women in recovery, providing education, advocacy, coaching and mentorship; share lived experience to help others; act as a boundary spanner linking clients to essential community services in a culturally responsive manner; collaborate with the Family Recovery Navigator to provide essential outpatient services to families and adults facing mental health and substance use challenges.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- successful completion of a recovery-oriented training program within 2 months of hire
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance
