Direct patient care as a Registered Nurse at Women’s & Outpatient Surgery Center. Develops nursing plan of care, administers medications and IV therapy, and initiates emergency procedures as needed. Assessments, planning, implementation, and coordination of care with patient, family, and health-team members; effective communication and documentation of patient status and plan of care; teaching and discharge planning; participation in quality improvement and professional standards aligned with GBMC values.
