Job Summary
Conduct practice and competition planning, strategy execution, and meet preparation under the head coach's supervision. Manage athlete weight plans in coordination with strength coaches, ensuring compliance with NCAA and NCATA rules while preparing eligibility documentation for the Associate AD. Recruit quality student-athletes capable of pursuing a baccalaureate degree and lead fundraising efforts, including camps and clinics. Communicate effectively with judges, opponents, parents, and media regarding scoring and start value systems. Participate in annual continuing education and assist in promoting all facets of the University's Acrobatics and Tumbling program.
Required Qualifications
