Job Summary
Greet customers, check them in and out of rooms while monitoring merchandise in fitting rooms, and prepare items such as buttons and zips to return to the selling floor. Answer all incoming calls with a friendly, professional disposition, learn product knowledge to assist customers, and direct shoppers to the correct associates for questions on location, price, or merchandise use. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 months of related experience. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 months of related experience or training
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Exerting up to 30 pounds of force frequently
