Job Summary
Support women in residential recovery by maintaining a safe, structured, and encouraging environment while assisting with daily program operations and ministry tasks. Ensure resident safety and confidentiality through appropriate boundaries and active listening. Assist with evening, weekend, and flexible shift rotations as needed to uphold the program's schedule. This role is ideal for recent Teen Challenge graduates seeking to grow in leadership, service, and ministry within a Christian values-based setting. Housing and meals are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of Teen Challenge
- Demonstrates commitment to personal recovery, spiritual growth, and Christian values
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
- Willingness to serve others with humility, patience, and compassion
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or flexible shifts as needed
- Physically able to perform daily operational tasks
