Job Summary
Teach Bible classes, provide counsel, and pray for life change through the gospel with prison inmates. Coordinate weekly worship services, visit housing areas, and respond to inmate request forms. Maintain monthly reports, attend required training, and promote Women's Aftercare by facilitating applications. Assist in organizing facility activities and minister to prison staff. Participate in chaplaincy staff meetings and team-building activities. Work 12 hours per week at $21.20.
Required Qualifications
- relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
- Committed to being an ambassador of life change through the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Convinced of the authoritative nature of the Bible
- Able to exercise judgment and provide counsel that is consistent with Jubilee's mission statement and core values, standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or law
