Job Summary
Cast clear vision and strategy for Women's Ministry and Anti-Sex Trafficking efforts at the E'town campus and surrounding community. Create a culture of disciple-making by investing in key lay leaders and establishing healthy volunteer leadership through training. Assist in planning and leading studies, groups, and events while overseeing the ministry budget. Provide pastoral care for volunteer teams and identify, train, and organize volunteers to implement the campus assimilation strategy. Collaborate closely with the Central Ministry team and align local efforts with the church-wide vision. Serve as the campus point person for the anti-sex trafficking initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ministry experience that includes Bible study leadership
- Proven communications skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to multi-task projects, events and volunteer teams
- A team-player willing to collaborate
- One who exhibits an active daily walk with God and models godly living that inspires others
- An engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one
- A commitment to live out our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun
- Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving
- Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and live out our church Mantras in tangible ways
