Job Summary
The Women's Ministry Director at Berean is responsible for leading and equipping women in their spiritual growth and connection within the church community. Essential duties include caring for the ministry’s needs, teaching, stimulating prayer, leading a small group leadership team, and facilitating gatherings and retreats. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and experience in mentoring. A bachelor's or advanced degree is required, along with alignment to church leadership and theology.

- Evidence of growing maturity as a disciple of Christ
- Humility, a servant leader
- Values and leads in the rhythm of prayer in ministry
- Experienced in mentoring and multiplying others to mentor
- Agreement with Berean Baptist Church statement of faith
- Committed to weekly attendance at Berean Baptist Church
- Philosophical alignment with Berean’s leadership and theology
