Job Summary
Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks, including washing, folding, and stocking member towels to ensure locker rooms remain neat and orderly. Monitor locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals to ensure usage aligns with the department budget. Respond to member inquiries regarding products, services, policies, and procedures while adhering to Life Time standards of presentation. This hourly position offers wages starting at $15.00, up to $18.00 based on experience, with a requirement to routinely lift over 20 lbs. Full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision coverage alongside a subsidized membership.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
