Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, manage spa reservations, and check guests in and out while reviewing their itineraries and special requests. Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette, recommend spa products and retail items, and collect payments following strict cash handling and billing procedures. Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform with closed-toed, closed-heeled rubber-soled shoes, neat hair, and manicured nails. Participate in staff meetings, educational events, workshops, and inventory promotions. This role requires standing or sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and engaging in frequent interpersonal exchanges with guests. The Spa Concierge at The Old Edwards Inn and Spa must be bright, personable, service-oriented, and highly organized to leave a lasting impression on every visitor.
