Women's Imaging Supervisor - Harbour View Medical Center

Manage and coordinate daily operations of assigned imaging areas while overseeing services to optimize patient experience. Maintain a productive environment by meeting professional, regulatory, and accreditation standards through open communication and inclusive team support. Monitor associate behaviors against key performance metrics, take corrective action when warranted, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, and state health regulations. Promote performance improvement activities, manage patient flow and technologist hours, and plan specialized in-service training programs. Recommend staffing levels and department budgets while implementing cost-effective measures. Work 40 scheduled weekly hours in the days shift at Harbour View Medical Center.
