Job Summary
Locum Tenens Women’s Imager needed for an onsite facility in the Houston area, providing 100% breast imaging coverage with a Monday–Friday 7 AM–4 PM schedule. Responsibilities include screening and diagnostic imaging, breast ultrasound, DEXA, breast MRI, and breast biopsy procedures. Expect a workload of roughly 65 screenings per day and 75 RVUs, with the imaging modalities and dictation supported by Powerscribe 360. Suitable candidates are board-certified radiologists with expertise in breast imaging, able to work onsite in Houston (and Brownwood, TX as needed). This assignment is temporary with ongoing coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in radiology
- MD or DO physician
- Breast imaging specialty preferred or demonstrated expertise
- Locum Tenens assignment experience acceptable
- Eligibility to work in the US
- On-site availability in Houston/Brownwood, TX
