Job Summary
Locum radiologist needed to provide comprehensive women's imaging services at a university medical center in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities include screening and diagnostic mammography, 3D tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and breast procedures (ultrasound-guided and stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, aspirations) in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM with no call requirements; board certification is required. The role supports routine screening and specialized breast imaging with advanced equipment (Hologic, Phillips, GE).
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in radiology
- Licensed or eligible to practice radiology in New York (implied by assignment)
- Experience in women's imaging including mammography, tomosynthesis, ultrasound, and breast procedures
