Job Summary
Perform limited obstetrical ultrasound examinations following established clinical protocols and coordinate image reviews with the Medical Director. Welcome clients, assist with medical intake, and educate patients regarding pregnancy and reproductive health while connecting individuals with wellness programs. Document all encounters accurately in electronic medical record systems and conduct follow-up communication regarding appointments and care plans. Prepare examination rooms, maintain clinical supplies, and assist with administrative duties supporting daily operations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain strict confidentiality while providing exceptional customer service in a faith-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification or equivalent ultrasound credential
- At least one year of professional sonography experience
- Experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting
- Comfortable documenting patient care using electronic medical records
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff
- Profess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Two or more years of diagnostic ultrasound experience
- Previous experience in OB/GYN, pregnancy care, or reproductive health
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Background in patient education, counseling, or healthcare navigation
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
