Women's Health Procedural Specialist / Clinical Educator

Job Summary

Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and healthcare staff on technical and clinical matters related to Women's Health products. Provide procedural case support and clinical expertise during customer implementations and educational activities. Conduct and coordinate one-on-one in-services, group training sessions, and physician education programs. Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare providers. Support product adoption and assist healthcare providers with new clinical applications and utilization opportunities. Serve as a clinical resource for customer questions regarding product use, procedural techniques, and best practices. Observe and communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence that may impact product utilization and customer satisfaction. Process customer complaints, product returns, and product-related concerns in accordance with established policies and procedures. Complete required documentation including procedural specialist reports, expense reports, monthly activity tracking reports, and complaint documentation. Maintain company-issued equipment, vehicles, and property according to company standards. Partner with internal stakeholders to support business needs and territory objectives. Support vacant territories and special projects as assigned by leadership. Provide valuable customer feedback to corporate teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and product development efforts. This per diem field-based position requires frequent travel throughout the assigned geography, including some overnight trips based on customer needs. Candidates must be active, unrestricted Registered Nurses or certified Diagnostic Imaging Professionals with 3-5 years of Women's Health experience. Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Women's Health, Breast Health, Radiology, Imaging Services, or related specialty areas
  • Current clinical credentials and/or certifications
  • Active certification and/or credentialing as one of the following: Ultrasound Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, Mammography Technologist, or Equivalent Women's Health Imaging Professional
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Imaging, Health Sciences, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Women's Health experience
  • Advanced knowledge of breast imaging, breast biopsy procedures, breast surgery workflows, and Women's Health clinical practices
  • Strong presentation, communication, and adult learning skills
  • Ability to educate physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare administrators
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to accurately complete documentation and reporting requirements
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory
  • Ability to obtain and maintain hospital vendor credentialing
  • Current immunizations and healthcare facility compliance requirements
  • Authorization to work in the US without the need for sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience conducting physician and staff education programs
  • Experience supporting medical device implementations and procedural training
  • Knowledge of Women's Health product technologies and clinical applications
  • Knowledge of breast anatomy, breast imaging workflows, and diagnostic procedures
  • Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology
  • Experience supporting breast biopsy procedures and related Women's Health interventions
  • Previous industry experience within Medical Device, Women's Health, Diagnostic Imaging, or Breast Health markets
