Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care for adult women in an ambulatory Women’s Health Center setting, integrating preventive medicine, chronic disease management, reproductive and sexual health, and coordination with Gynecology, UroGynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology. Responsibilities include preventive visits and screenings (Pap smears, cervical cancer screening), contraceptive counseling, STI screening and treatment, menopause/perimenopause management, cardiovascular risk reduction, mental health screening, weight management, immunizations, and coordinating care with specialists. Collaborate with APPs, nursing, care management, and ancillary staff; maintain Epic documentation; participate in quality improvement and population health efforts; contribute to community outreach and philanthropic activities. This is a full-time ambulatory role with light after-hours telephone coverage; no hospital work required.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Residency completed in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 4+ Years of Experience
- Board certified or board eligible in IM or FM
- Current unrestricted FL medical license
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
