Job Summary
Ambulatory Women's Health Primary Care Specialist role focused on comprehensive primary care for adult women within the Womens Health Center, collaborating with Gynecology, UroGynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology teams. Responsibilities include preventive health screenings, annual wellness exams, management of acute and chronic conditions, gynecologic preventive services (Pap smears, cervical cancer screening, contraceptive counseling), STI screening and treatment, menopause/perimenopause management, and care coordination with specialists. Requires ability to develop individualized preventive care plans, participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives, maintain Epic documentation, and support patient satisfaction and continuity of care. Requires full-time commitment with potential for part-time/flexible scheduling; ambulatory, with light overnight call (approximately 1:5). Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 4+ Years of Experience
- Board certified or board eligible in IM or FM
- Current unrestricted FL medical license
- DEA registration
- BLS certification required
