Women's Health (OB) - Registered Nurse FT Variable Shifts

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care for patients of all ages in a rural critical-access hospital. Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications and starting IVs, interpreting and evaluating diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, applying nursing judgment to care management, providing primary and emergency care, collaborating with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care, and directing ancillary personnel. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and active Kansas RN licensure; BLS is required and ACLS certification is preferred; a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and OB experience are preferred. The role supports care delivery across a wide range of services in a 25-bed facility and emphasizes patient- and family-centered care within a team-based environment.
