Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) | Bronx, NY

Provide comprehensive women's health services, including preventive care, gynecologic exams, contraception management, and reproductive health counseling. Perform well-woman exams, Pap smears, breast exams, and routine screenings while diagnosing and managing common gynecologic conditions. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results. Educate and counsel patients on family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, menopause management, and lifestyle modification. Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, primary care providers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and participate in care coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and population health efforts.
