Job Summary
Conduct outpatient women's health services including routine gynecologic exams, preventive screenings, and reproductive health management. Deliver comprehensive care covering women's wellness visits, contraception counseling, prenatal and postpartum support, and chronic condition management. Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and clinical support staff within a collaborative clinical environment. Maintain a full-time Monday through Friday schedule in a value-based care organization focused on improving access to quality healthcare for the Bronx community.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, WHNP, or related specialty)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active or eligible New York State license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
