Job Summary
Conduct routine gynecology exams, IUD insertions, and removals while managing patient volumes of 16–25 daily in an office-based setting. Record patient histories, develop treatment plans, and collaborate closely with the physician team to make independent care decisions without direct supervision. Maintain current licensure, DEA registration, and BLS/CPR certifications while working a part-time schedule of three days per week (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) with an option to transition to full-time within 3–6 months. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- National NP or PA certification or ability to obtain
- Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
- Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
- Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
- Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
Desired Qualifications
- Florida-licensed NP or PA
- Gynecology or women's health experience preferred
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, organized, and patient-focused
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the physician
- EMR experience (Athena experience is a plus)
