Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner (WHNP preferred) for a women’s health/OB-GYN clinic in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include managing gynecology patients, performing charting, providing patient education, and handling in-office procedures such as pap smears, endometrial biopsies, and IUD placements. Assist the physician with scheduling appointments and surgical procedures at Medical City-Dallas Hospital. Up to 20 patient visits per day; no call, nights, or weekends. Required Qualifications
- National Nurse Practitioner certification
- WHNP certification (strong preference)
- Unrestricted, active NP licensure in state
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- CPR, BLS, and NALS certifications or ability to obtain
- Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
- Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
- Ability to make care decisions based on best medical practices without direct supervision
Desired Qualifications
- WHNP certification
