Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
Manage routine and complex outpatient women's health conditions, including comprehensive wellness exams, preventive screenings, STI testing, and contraceptive counseling. Deliver care across diverse patient populations in a dedicated outpatient gynecology setting, utilizing six exam rooms and the Athena EMR system. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as an employed Nurse Practitioner within a collaborative, physician-led team. Requires Board Certification or Eligibility in Nurse Practitioner, Indiana licensure, DEA registration, and a Master's degree. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for state medical licensure
- DEA registration
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted BLS certification
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Master's degree of Nursing
