Oversee all aspects of the women's golf program at Viterbo University: recruit student-athletes, plan practices, prepare for competition, coordinate travel and budgeting, monitor academic progress, engage with community outreach and booster activities, hire/supervise assistants, and ensure compliance with university/NAIA rules while upholding Champions of Character values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Background in education, coaching, athletics administration, or a related field preferred
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required
