Job Summary
Provide professional firearms instruction across pistol, rifle, and shotgun platforms, and teach CORE classes plus specialty courses (youth and family safety, CCW and preparedness). Maintain a safe classroom environment, set up and reset classrooms to Training Department standards, and complete all necessary paperwork for class feedback. Deliver safety briefings, use PowerPoint and classroom tech, assist customers with safe operation of equipment, and ensure range/room readiness for each class. Represent C2 Tactical as a member of the Instructor Team and log teaching hours for payment.
Required Qualifications
- NRA Pistol Instructor and/or USCCA CCHDF Instructor Certification is mandatory
- Strong Communication Skills
- Superior Firearms safety knowledge
- The ability to safely run an indoor multi-lane shooting range
- The ability to set and re-set classroom equipment, documentation and technology
- Lift 50 pounds over their head
